來自位於Pupillin村虎嘯丘(Côte de Feule)的侏羅原生品種Ploussard（又稱Poulsard）葡萄，西南面向陽讓葡萄成熟品質優良，手工採收後以天然酵母發酵，二氧化碳浸皮法釀製保存仿若現摘的新鮮果味，釀造至裝瓶完全無添加硫化物，口感如清新爽口的果汁，可輕易搭配各式鹹食餐點、微甜點心亦無妨（如莓果派）。
