耕植 Culture:Goblet剪枝法,每公頃種約10000棵 / Goblet cutting vines grown at the density around 10,000 plants / ha.
釀造法 Vinification:手工採收整串葡萄以小籃分裝,在酒窖進行第二次選果去蕪存菁,原串置入溫控水泥槽,天然酵母發酵,半二氧化碳浸漬法釀製12天後榨汁,置入巨大橡木桶陳年10個月後裝瓶。
Manual harvest in small cases, sorting in the cellar. Fermented only with natural yeasts. Semi-carbonic maceration is applied during the alcoholic fermentation. Pressing after 12 days. Aging for 10 months in huge barrel (30hl) before bottleing.
