釀造法 Vinification:微風土選果,低溫浸皮預發酵,人工採皮輕柔萃取丹寧,在低溫控制下以較長時間泡皮,完成後置入大型舊橡木桶24個月後再置入水泥槽24個月帶渣陳年,全程無添加人工酵母、最少干預釀造 / Grapes selected from micro climate vineyard will be fermented seperatly and go through cold pre-maceration slowly with natral yeasts, gentle cap-pomping by men to extract tanins avoiding over-extraction. The fermented juices will be blended before 4 years of aging ( 2 years in 30hl old oak cask, 2 years in concret tank) with fine lees.

風味 Aromas:乾燥玫瑰、紅色漿果、李子、黑櫻桃、甘草、胡椒、菸葉、礦物氣息 / Dried roses, red berries, plum, black cherry, pepper, tabacco leaf and a mineral touch.

充滿活力的新鮮莓果果汁,一掃大眾對Malbec印象中偏向葡萄乾的口味以及明顯的丹寧澀口感,K-lys的風格結合了Malbec與Merlot兩種葡萄的特色,前所未見丹寧如此細柔的Malbec,涼爽丘陵地上種植的Merlot甜而不膩帶有清爽酸度,混釀後經過木桶與水泥槽長時間陳年,這支酒彷彿用淬鍊過後穩定優雅的語調訴說著風土。

適飲溫度 Service temperature:17-19 °C

小提醒 Reminders:飲用前1.5小時開瓶醒酒,或置入醒酒瓶以減少等待時間。約3小時左右香氣開始達到融合狀態,且會隨時間繼續變化。Open the bottle 1.5 hours before serving to allow aerate the wine. Use the decanter to reduce your await. The best integration of aromas can be expected from 3 hours after the aeration and will keep changing with time.
