釀造法 Vinification:手工採收後置入小方藍,二次選果,去梗後於溫控不鏽鋼槽浸皮4~5週柔和萃取丹寧,酒精發酵完成後置入法國橡木桶陳年12個月(25%新桶)之後裝瓶 / Complete de-stemming followed by maceration for 4 to 5 weeks in thermo- regulated vats for maximum colour and tannin extraction.
Ageing: After selecting the best samples, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (25% new wood).





風味 Aromas:藍莓、醋栗、肉桂、香草、松酯、灌木、 皮革 / Blueberry, current, cinnamon, vanilla, bush, resin, slightly leatherry notes.

豐富而有深度的迷人香氣綻放,果味成熟而仍留有酸度,丹寧絲滑,甜香料與森林氣息,豐富的層次透露出歲月的淬鍊,卻寶刀未老。 此酒搭配帶有醬汁的肉類料理或燉肉將是絕佳享受 / An intense garnet red intense colour with brown glints hinting at its age. The nose is complex and expressive with sweet and soft mouth touch of cooked fruit and fine tanins that leaves the taste of a late summer’s dessert. It is amazing to pair with meat with sauce like stew, bourguignon beef.

小提醒 Reminders:飲用前30分鐘開瓶醒酒,或置入醒酒瓶後直接倒入杯中享用。約半小時左右香氣達到最融合狀態 / Open the bottle 30 minutes before serving to allow aerate the wine. To serve immediately, pour into a decanter before serving with the glasses. The best balance of the flavor is expected in half hour after aeration.
